Power for sites where downtime has a price.

Standby and prime generators, planned servicing and off-grid power for remote commercial and industrial sites — where a power failure costs stock, process time or an SLA, not just an evening in the dark.

When an outage has a cost per hour

On a remote commercial site, power isn't a convenience — it's part of the operation. A distillery mid-run, a fish farm's aeration, a quarry's plant, a telecoms mast, a visitor centre in season: when the supply drops, the clock starts on lost stock, missed process or a breached service level, and help is a long way off.

These sites share the awkward realities of anywhere rural — long runs, difficult access, three-phase loads, a grid connection that was never robust — but with the added pressure that "we'll sort it tomorrow" isn't an option. The right answer isn't just a bigger generator; it's a set sized to the loads that actually matter, the changeover to bring it on automatically, and a servicing arrangement that keeps it ready.

We design around uptime and the paperwork that goes with it: what has to keep running, for how long, and the records that prove it was done properly when an insurer or auditor asks.

01

Prime power where there's no grid

For sites with no adequate mains at all, a prime set sized and specified for continuous work — not a standby unit pressed into a job it wasn't built for.

02

Standby with automatic transfer

Where there is a supply, an automatic set that takes over within seconds of an outage — before the process, the stock or the SLA is affected.

03

Three-phase & distribution

The three-phase generation, changeover and distribution work that industrial and process equipment actually needs, handled by one contractor.

04

Planned servicing contracts

Scheduled visits with a written record each time, so problems are found on a booked visit — not during the outage the set was bought for.

05

Remote monitoring where it earns its place

On the hardest-to-reach sites, monitoring can flag a developing fault before a call-out. We fit it where it's genuinely worth it, not as a default upsell.

06

Records your insurer will accept

Commissioned under load, with test readings recorded and a written handover pack — the documentation that stands up when someone asks for it.

Generator and electrical installation at a remote commercial site
Uptime you can plan for

The cheapest outage is the one that never happens.

Most commercial failures aren't sudden — they're a developing fault on a set nobody has looked at in a year or two, on a site where getting someone out is slow and expensive. Planned servicing turns that into a scheduled visit with a written record, and where it's worthwhile we add remote monitoring so a problem is flagged before it becomes an outage.

One contractor sizes, installs, commissions and then services the set — so there's one number to call and one person who knows the site.

30kVA — Repaired, Not Replaced

A site's only power source arrived dead. Repaired, serviced and modernised with remote start and monitoring rather than replaced at several times the cost.

FAQ

Common questions.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Honestly, it depends where the site is and the weather — we won't pretend otherwise. What we will do is be straight about realistic response times up front, and steer you towards planned servicing so a breakdown is far less likely to be the first time anyone looks at the set. A booked visit beats an emergency call-out every time on a remote site.
Do you offer planned servicing contracts?
Yes — for sites where downtime has a real cost, a scheduled annual service is the whole point. It means the visit happens because it's booked, not because someone remembered, and you get a written record each time. See generator servicing and repair.
Can you provide remote monitoring?
Where it's genuinely useful and the equipment supports it, yes — monitoring lets performance and faults be seen without a site visit, which matters most on the hardest-to-reach sites. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it for your setup rather than selling it as standard.
Do you handle three-phase and prime power?
Yes. Remote commercial sites often need three-phase, and some need prime power because there's no adequate mains at all. Both are routine — sized to the real load, with the changeover and distribution work around them.
